Carson Judkins, PT, DPT, WCS, RYT,CPT; WOW PT President, Women's Health Physical Therapist
Carson received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in 2019. Upon graduation, Carson gained 5 years of experience in a variety of physical therapy settings across the country as a travel physical therapist, while getting the chance to explore and have adventures in every single U.S. state along the way! Through this journey, Carson realized her true passion is in Women's Health, and then pursued a residency program through Agile Physical Therapy Women's Health Residency in Palo Alto, CA. Carson specializes in pelvic health rehabilitation and integrates her passion for yoga and experience as a registered yoga instructor (certification through the Iyengar Yoga Institute of Brooklyn, New York) into her physical therapy treatments. She also teaches yoga classes for the community offered here at WOW PT. Her chief interest is emphasizing holisticcare for the entire body, mind, and soul. In her free time, Carson enjoys staying active through cycling, running, boxing, and hiking, cooking and eating nutritious and delicious foods, and exploring new places through domestic and international travel.

Courtney Post, PT, DPT; WOW PT Treasurer, Orthopedic Physical Therapist
Courtney received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in 2019. Upon graduation, Courtney spent her next 3 years working at the Saratoga Physical Therapy Associates office in Malta, NY where she explored her passion for orthopedics and treating pre/post-surgical patients. Her mission is to provide quality care that stresses the importance of overall well being and prepares patients to continue healthy behaviors in the future. Her hobbies include traveling and exploring different cultures through art, film, and music. She is especially interested in European cinema and Eastern music from India, Thailand, and Korea.

Jamie Pastrick, PT, DPT, NCS, GCS Orthopedic Physical Therapist
Jamie Pastrick received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in 2019, with a minor in Nutrition Promotion. She explored Latin American and European countries, becoming bilingual. In her travels she helped establish two neuro-based geriatric clinics – Physioclem Caldas Da Rainha in Portugal and Casa de Physical in Quito Ecuador. She is well versed in pain neuroscience, and mind and body aging. She utilizes this multidimensional background to follow you through your life and the spectrum of grievances that may accompany you. Jamie believes if you feed the soul you feed the body, and in doing so you start with mental well-being to perform at your best! On her free time Jamie enjoys experimenting with new recipes, scenic travels, and throwing the football or softball around!

Laura Ward, B.S.,CCN, Nutritionist
Laura is our certified nutritionist here at WOW. She graduated from Ithaca College in ’13, earning a B.S in Health Sciences with an emphasis in food and nutrition. She has 4 years of experience working with individuals at a fitness center, tailoring nutrition programs to their specific needs. Laura’s hobbies include soccer, triathlons, and playing with her corgi, Nugget, and she recently completed a half Ironman triathlon. Her background in athletic populations and personal health journey gives her a unique outlook on nutrition counseling, and she is excited to focus on women’s health, and help other women to be the best they can be. Laura provides counseling to women of all ages, and can assist with diet planning or general advice about healthy eating.

Juliana Strelec, PTA
Juliana is a PTA licensed in New York State. She has three years of experience working in a multitude of health care settings. Juliana has a history of working in hospitals and outpatient neurological clinics. Her specific specialities and interest include geriatrics and neurological conditions. Samantha Davey, PTA
Samantha is a licensed PTA in both New York and New Jersey. Upon finishing her studies, Samantha practiced in a variety of settings, including pediatrics, inpatient, and women’s health. Samantha is passionate in regards to integrating overall wellness into physical therapy treatments by providing advice and multiple resources on mental and emotional health. In her free time, Samantha enjoys hiking, playing soccer, and traveling for exposure to new perspectives on life!

Sarah Borchert, MBA, Office Manager, Receptionist
Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Health Studies and a Masters of Business Administration and has been working in office administration and medical office management since graduating from Ithaca College in 2018. With a passion in holistic and women's healthcare, Sarah over sees most of WOW PT's outreach and event organization and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, staying active, and exploring all that this beautiful area of Ithaca, New York has to offer.
